Warren Stuart (Director and Co-founder)
Warren is currently the Director of Free2Dance; and is currently employed at Nedbank as a Project and Operations Manager. His strength lies in his background and experience of managing teams, enhancing policies, processes and design. He was nominated as a Nedbank Top Achiever in 2020, Nedbank Local Hero in 2019 and 2020, as well as being a Nedbank Team Challenger CSI winner in2019 and 2020.
He is passionate about community development spending most of his free time managing the NPO and its activities. He obtained a National Diploma Information Technology (2001) at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University; and has completed various accredited professional courses in project Management methodologies including Scrum, Agile, Prince 2 and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Key strengths: exceptional decision-making, leadership and team management skills; planning and organisational skills and critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Nadia Domingo (Chairperson)
Nadia is currently the Chairperson of F2D, bringing with her exceptional financial management and financial planning skills as community activist and professional partner in a financial planning company. She completed her Financial Planning Diploma at Milpark Business School, along with an accredited course in Investment portfolio Analysis through UNISA. She is currently registered as a final year BCom student at Milpark Business School.
Key strengths: strategic thinking with a wide range of financial management and financial planning skills; community activist who loves empowering clients (individuals and families) on financial planning as a strong foundation to build generational wealth and break the cycle of poverty through awareness, education and planning. She is trustee and board member of numerous organizations focusing on education, financial management and leadership development.
Renee Marks (Vice Chairperson)
Renee is currently the Vice-Chairperson of F2D, bringing with her a wealth of skills and experience in community development through her extensive ministerial and pastoral background. She specializes in pastoral care, public ministry and spiritual guidance. She attained a degree in Theology and is currently studying towards an MA in Christian counseling.
Key strengths: strong leadership and mentoring skills, an extensive background in outreach programmes, and church and team leadership and management. Extensive skills in events coordinating and the planning of large conferences.
Evadna Mapoe (Risk / Compliance)
Evadna is currently the designated Compliance and Risk Manager of F2D, where she uses her extensive experience and background of detective work and policing in SAPS. She is currently a forensic / fraud investigator for a major insurance company (2018 to date). She has a B Psych Degree obtained from the University of Port Elizabeth in 2001.
Key strengths: her strong security, investigative and risk management skills. She is a committed worker with demonstrated leadership capabilities, is a self motivated individual and passionate community development volunteer.
Erishca Van Schalkwyk (Treasurer)
Erishca is currently the F2D Treasurer with a strong background in Accounting – having obtained her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Science) in 2020. She is currently registered for studies towards a CA (SA) and is registered at the institute for Accounting Science. During her university studies, she spent time as a student assistant, as well as Secretary assistant at the University and also gained experience as a Junior Auditor. She is currently performing duties as a Bookkeeper in a corporate environment.
Key strengths: Strong financial management and communication skills. She is a disciplined, self motivated individual with a passion for community development.
Carla De Vries (Secretary)
Carla is currently the F2D Secretary bringing with her extensive administrative and project support skills. She has a Diploma in Office Management with certification in CAPM. She has completed numerous short courses as part of her professional growth and development such as business writing, MS Office and Adobe, Executive Assistant and CRM and Design. She is well versed with MS Project and its applications. Key strengths: A self motivated individual with excellent professional and business communication
skills, passion for community development initiatives, and a strong administrative focus with an eye for detail, creativity and design.
Mr Lesley Nkosi: board member (Actor / Singer / Voice over artist)
Lesley is currently a board member, bringing with him a wealth of technical experience in production, television and theatre. As an actor, singer and voice over artist he has had numerous roles in commercials, theatre and television. He is a creative change practitioner, artist, researcher and facilitator.. He has a passion for stakeholder engagement and behavioural change. He has a strategic background in media as the owner of a media management company that focuses on content production and performance.
Key strengths: advocacy, research and dialogue facilitator with keen interest in issues of social justice, with a passion for community development and building social cohesion.
